VIP Delegates

By submitting a booking form or registering online, you/your organisation are agreeing to, and will comply with, THE TSFA payment terms and conditions.

  • Completion of a online or paper registration form does not guarantee a place at THE TSFA I CAN 2 event or constitute a confirmed booking.
  • We will accept cancellations by writing, fax or email (but not by phone) up to eighty working days before THE TSFA I CAN 2 event, unless otherwise stated (please see below for specific dates) but will charge a £100+VATadministration fee.
  • After the specified THE TSFA I CAN 2 event cancellation date, we cannot make any refunds. Outstanding invoices will be liable for payment in full.
  • To amend or change a booking please write, fax or email the change. Changes to your booking cannot be made over the telephone.
  • THE TSFA I CAN 2 event bookings made after the specified cancellation date are non-refundable.
  • Shared exhibitor places are not permitted. However shared overnight accommodation is available for this event.
  • I CAN 2 is a limited edition event and places are allocated on a first come first served basis.

A confirmation letter and joining details will be issued prior to THE TSFA I CAN 2 event. If you have not received confirmation of your booking within 48 hours of submitting your registration form, please contact THE TSFA I CAN 2 event team on 0208 257 4505.

The booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement. In the event of any situation that prevents a delegates attendance, for example transport strikes, adverse weather conditions, acts of God, terrorist attack or personal health, THE TSFA will not be held responsible and will not issue refunds.

We try to be as inclusive as possible. If you find the charge for an exhibitor place a barrier to attending, please let THE TSFA I CAN 2 events team know and we will do our best to see how we can assist.

 Discounts

At certain periods, delegates and exhibitors may be offered the opportunity to a discount when booking multiple THE TSFA events or if the event is sponsored.

Sponsorship and exhibition terms and conditions

BY COMPLETING THE SPONSORSHIP AND EXHIBITION BOOKING FORM, YOU/YOUR ORGANISATION ARE AGREEING TO COMPLY WITH, THE TSFA PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

We will accept cancellations by writing fax or email (but not by phone) before the sponsorship agreement is signed.

  • If cancellation takes place after signing of the agreement, THE TSFA will try and sell the item of sponsorship. If the item is re-sold, THE TSFA will refund the sponsorship fee minus any cost incurred. If no sale is secured four weeks prior to THE TSFA I CAN 2 event date, the full sponsorship fee must be paid.

Exhibitors

  • Hosting an exhibition stand does not entitle you to a free exhibitor place (unless otherwise stated). If you wish to book onto THE TSFA I CAN 2 event you will need to follow the instructions within THE TSFA I CAN 2 event brochure/registration and return them with your fee in the normal way.
  • By completing a booking form, you/your organisation are agreeing to, and will comply with, THE TSFA payment terms and conditions.
  • We will accept cancellations by writing, fax or email (but not by phone) up to 90 days (see below for specific dates) but will charge a fee of 50% of the cost of the stand. After the specified cancellation date, refund will not be made.
  • Outstanding invoices will be liable for payment in full.

 THE TSFA is happy to accept exhibitor replacements. You must write, fax or email to inform us of these changes.  Changes to your booking cannot be made over the telephone.

A confirmation letter, exhibition details and joining details will be issued prior to THE TSFA I CAN 2 event. If you have not received them within 2 working days of submitting your exhibition booking form, please contact THE TSFA I CAN 2 events department on 020 82574505.

You are entitled to bring two members of staff to service your stand. Any additional staff must be registered to attend at the chargeable delegate rate.  In order to do this, please complete and return the relevant booking form. Exhibitors are aslo invited  to attend THE TSFA I CAN 2 entertainment event to be held on the Saturday 9th May 2015, from 8pm -11pm in the white House, all workshops are sold on a first come first served basis, a copy of public liability is required from each exhibitor. An exhibitor pass is not included for catering and refreshments served within the exhibition area.

An exhibitor listing will be publicised in the final TSFA I CAN 2 event programme. You must supply the required information by the deadline. THE TSFA is not able to assist with marketing or promotion of your stand in addition to what was stated in your offer letter.

You will be responsible for the cost of the following:

  • The fee for the stand space
  • The fee for any additional staff (over and above the two permitted to man your stand)
  • Any additional items ordered by you at the venue or through THE TSFA or other third party organisations.
