vison2The Tessa Sanderson Foundation and Academy adopts a holistic approach to the positive development of young people and their lifestyle.

The Foundation with its selected team of experienced sports coaches work closely with parents to maintain a strong connection with its members and teachers to mentor the children’s academic progression in school.

Our hands-on approach programme use participation in sporting activities to encourage children who may not be working to their full potential to achieve more through sport.

Several of our young members who engaged in our work experience  have gone on to University some  have found employment through improving their life skills whilst those with their sights set on becoming elite athletes have become Olympians in their chosen sport. whilst others members have gone on to achieve senior international posts in large corporations.

Mission Statement

The TSFA create unique youth sport programmes in London and Outer London area for disabled and non disabled youngsters to enjoy all sports with the opportunity to participate at a higher level.
The TSFA act as a resource for young people providing advice as a means of helping to utilise the skills they learn at the foundation.

At the TSFA we have a structured development programme for teaching life skills, mentoring and monitoring of young people wanting to achieve a confident pathway to bettering themselves in society. The TSFA works in partnership to provide funding, care, advice, goods or assistance to individuals and others who may require help with their development.

Athletes and Coaches

The Tessa Sanderson Foundation and Academy team of experienced coaches  are already nurturing several youngsters to reach Olympic levels in the near future.
