Densign and Babs – Congratulations on a new PB!
Please can we all make an extra special effort to come on time next week. We should aim to get there by 10.50am the latest so we can start the run at 11am sharp.
Good luck to all those running the Hackney Half next Sunday, we will still be running in West Ham Park though.
Sam – The A frame idea is excellent idea, I will bring along a larger laminated poster which we can put on it.
